The Tasty Tuscany cooking school is owned by Patrizia and Paolo. Combined, their unique skills make the Tasty Tuscany cooking school one of the finest in all of Tuscany, if not Italy! In addition to teaching students traditional Italian recipes, Patrizia strives to incorporate the spirit of an authentic Mediterranean kitchen, one of simplicity, colors, and passion. When guests are not in a cooking class, Paolo fills their time with memorable excursions that enable each individual to truly experience the magical land of Tuscany. The excursions include visits to small medieval walled towns to historic art cites.
Patrizia is originally is from the Alps, near Mont Blanc, and has been living in Tuscany for nearly 15 years. She has a degree in philosophy and has been an astute student of ancient Italian traditions for the past ten years. These traditions encompass old folk tales to original family cooking. She incorporates many of these into the Tuscan kitchen cooking classes.

Paolo is originally from Milan and has spent a considerable amount of his professional career traveling the world as a fashion photographer. His passion for traveling is complimented with his love and curiosity of meeting new people. He is the perfect Tuscany tour guide.
| Tuscany Holiday Villa
Situated high upon a hill and nestled between woods, the ancient Tuscany Farmhouse known as Il Poggione majestically overlooks olive orchards, vineyards, and the rolling Tuscany countryside far below its centuries old stone walls. The Tuscan villa farmhouse has been completely restored in accordance with traditional Tuscan architecture and is ideally situated in central Tuscany near the small medieval walled town of Palaia.
The highway that connects Pisa with Florence is a short 10 minutes away from the Tuscany farm. Guest enjoy their Tuscany farmhouse accommodations relaxing under the Tuscan sun in the huge flowered garden and upon the green expansive lawn that surrounds the farmhouse villa. The accommodations are complete with a wonderful pool and carefully placed shaded hammocks to provide comfort on warm, sunny Tuscany summer afternoons.
