Reservation Policy
Your reservation application completed along with a booking fee of 50% USD per person. Balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations 61 days or more prior to departure, in most case fees may be applied to a future booking less the 50% deposit. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to departure will result in the loss of all monies received. Exceptions to this cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal emergencies. There is no refund for leaving a program early or arriving late. As a courtesy, DHC will honor your balance fees paid up to one year when applied to another program.
