Reservation Policy
A deposit of $400 is required at the time of reservation for Escorted Tours. 30% of the tour is required at the time of reservation for Flexible Independent Travel (FIT). At that moment a signed contract is required to hold your reservation. Final payment of the tour is due 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
Days Prior to Departure Cancellation Charges:
61 or more days: $200
60-31 days: 30% of tour cost.
30-2 days: 60% of tour cost.
2 days before departure: 100% of tour cost.
